Securities
Financial title negotiable and fungible. The two main categories of securities are equity securities (shares) and debt securities (bonds).
Securities Account Agreement
It defines the relationship, rights and obligations of the custodian and its client. All agreements must be signed by each securities account holder.
Securities Accounts
Accounts opened by the account holders on behalf of the holders of securities and tracing the assets of the latter in securities admitted to the operations of the Central Depository.
Subscriber
Any natural or legal person who gives an intermediary an order to subscribe, purchase or sell securities, offered as part of a financial transaction.
Subscription fee
It is an amount (usually expressed as a percentage) which is added to the net asset value of the UCITS, which the investor must pay each time he buys units or shares of UCITS.
Subscription form
A newsletter that the subscriber must complete before any subscription, this newsletter must contain information about the subscriber (surname, first name, address, number and nature of the identity document, account number ...) and the number of shares or units to subscribe for the capital of the UCITS and the Net Asset Value of the UCITS.
